In a neighborhood where crime is the best chance to have a “normal” life, Federico long for becoming a criminal like his brother. Alessandro D'Alatri, winner of two David di Donatello awards, directed the first web-series shot in the Beccaria juvenile prison, involving the young prisoners: not professional actors but well capable to perform lives sadly similar to their own.
The series was shot with the green screen technique: the environments were digitally recreated, in order to create a comic book treatment inspired by the classics of graphic novel noir, but also by the lysergic science fiction of “Blade Runner” and “A scanner darkly”.
Marco Palvetti, known for the tv series Gomorra, and Mino Manni, also wanted to participate to the project.
A Brandon Box production for Rai Fiction.
